Filing a trademark means sending us identity documents. This page describes how they are stored and who can reach them.
Your documents
Filing documents, identity documents, translated CNIPA notices, and your filing receipt are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. None of them has a public link. Every download runs through your signed-in session, and the server confirms the file belongs to your order before it sends any of it. Files are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and travel over TLS.
Uploads are scanned before release
A file you upload is held until it passes a malware scan. Until it passes, nobody can download it, including us.
Your account
We do not create an account until you confirm your email address. You sign in with a password, and you can add two-factor authentication or a passkey in account settings. Google sign-in is available if you prefer it.
Payments
Card payments run on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Ginbing never sees or stores your card number, and never asks for card details by email or chat.
Filings
A Ginbing operator reviews every filing before submission to CNIPA. The official CNIPA receipt is returned to your account as proof of submission.
