How we use AI
Our team uses ChatGPT Business to help prepare filings and answer support. Material we paste in can include your name, email address, the content of your messages to us, and the filing and identity documents you send us. Training is turned off on our workspace, so this material is not used to improve OpenAI’s models. OpenAI holds it under our data processing agreement with them. A person on our team reviews and decides everything that goes into your application.
The customer assistant
We built a guided assistant that helps verified customers find goods and services for a filing. It is not currently available. Before it is turned on, this page will describe what it sends and what is retained.
Limits and responsibility
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It cannot decide legal scope, clearance, CNIPA acceptance, filing truth, price, payment, or order status, and it cannot submit a filing. You remain responsible for confirming the mark, applicant, classes, and exact goods or services. Ginbing’s filing workflow remains the authority for any application sent to CNIPA.
